Lift Specification .
1. user press Lift UP button.
a) Piston lift comes up to preset 630 mm from base and stops (Bed Position).
(if lid does not open or jams piston lift stops and goes back down).
(Any forced resistance on lift in up movement lift will stop, and go back down)
b) The up movement should be silent and very quiet.
c) It should only take one button press for the lift to go up (should not require the user to continuously press the up button).
2. When user presses Lift rotate button - the lift turns 180 degrees one way not both ways due to cable management.
a) This is a smooth movement and should only require a single remote key press.
(Any forced resistance on swivel movement lift will stop swiveling and return back to start position).
b) The rotation movement should be silent and very quiet.
c) It should only take one button press for the lift to rotate 180 degrees (should not require the user to continuously press the rotate button).
d) There should be a limit switch that prevents the lift rotating (reacting to the rotate button) without first completing step 1.
3. When user presses tv down button.
a. If lift in position 1. bed position. Then piston lift will go down when lift down and lid will close when down.
(if lid does not open or jams piston lift stops and goes back down).
(Any forced resistance on lift in up movement lift will stop, and go back down)
b) The down movement should be silent and very quiet.
c) It should only take one button press for the lift to go down (should not require the user to continuously press the down button).
d). If the TV is in position 2 (couch / rotated position) tv will rotate back to bed position and stop. Then piston lift will go down and lid will close.
e) There should be a limit switch that prevents the lift going down unless the swivel has returned to position 1. (reacting to the rotate button) without first completing step 1.
4. When the lift comes down the Lid closes. |
